Rates & Fees

Standard Rates

• $200 per hour regular service with no minimum retainer

• $150 per hour with 3+ hour/week retainer

• $125 per hour with 10+ hour/week retainer

Standard rates apply to site visits and remote support during our normal business hours of M-F 7:00AM-7:00PM.

On site service minimum charge is 1 hour with additional time billed in 15 minute increments. Remote support minimum charge is 15 minutes with additional time billed in 15 minute increments.

After Hours Rates

Standard Rate + $75/hour

After hours rates apply to site visits and remote support outside of normal business hours.

Travel Charge

We add a $75 travel charge to on site visits not scheduled 1 week in advance and to all on site visits with clients located more than 25 miles from our office in Studio City, California.

Remote Management, Endpoint Security, Backup and Recovery

We use secure software tools to manage our clients’ computers and to alert us quickly in the event of any trouble. We also offer best-in-class anti-virus, endpoint detection and response, and backup and disaster recovery solutions.
